AIMA MDP on “CSR, Corporate Governance and Global Competitiveness”

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are pleased to announce AIMA’s 2^nd Management Development Program on“Corporate Social Responsibility, Corporate Governance and Global Competitiveness” scheduled to be held on 31^st May 2013(Friday) & 1^st June2013 (Saturday) at New Delhi.

The first MDP on this theme, held in Dec 2012, was well attended by Sr and mid level managers from PSUs and Pvt Sector Companies including HPCL, SAIL, Rail Tel Corporation of India (a Mini Ratna PSU), Mahindra and Mahindra, Sona Koyo Steering Systems Ltd.

There was also fair presentation from the Sr Faculty members teaching courses in CSR and Corporate Governance in the leading B-School and other institutions.

Objectives of this MDP is to identify and deliberate on the latest knowledge and important issues on,

The public policy dimensions of CSR and Corporate Governance
Response of business by both Public and Private Sector
Possible convergence of public and private policies on CSR and CG to optimize the impact as global competitive tools.
