Emerald Foods is privileged to introduce for the first time in India, brand “Scalaks” a delicious and unique twisted pastry roll - a sure shot to boost additional revenues. SCALAKS consists of a thin yeast pastry ribbon wound around a wooden/steel cylinder, heavily sprinkled with sugar, thus becoming a helix-shaped pastry, which may taper very slightly towards the end. The dough is yeast-raised, flavored with sweet/savory spice, the most common being cinnamon, topped with walnuts or almonds, and sugar. The sugar is caramelized on the Scalaks surface, creating a sweet, crispy exterior, and a soft, smooth interior…. suitable to all age groups.
We are the sole distributers and Master Franchise for India for our imported ovens. We are also the owners of the ready mix constructed in collaboration with an international company; with whom we have a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
