Case 2: Discount in Processing Fee for INDIAN Author is Rs. 500/- or $25 for FOREIGN Author, if their Organization/Institute are subscriber of VSRD International Journals, which is mentioned in the paper.
 
Case 3: Discount in Processing Fee is applicable for INDIAN Author is Rs. 500/-or $25 for FOREIGN Author, if they use upto 10 papers of VSRD International Journals as References in their Research Article, which has been published in Other (National / International) Journals.
 
Note : Maximum two cases are applicable in one paper at a time.
