Perceptions of Alcohol Drinkers/Non-Drinkers on "Liquor Cards"

This research tries to gain knowledge on the perceptions of alcohol/liquor drinkers and non-drinkers for introduction of "Liquor Card" based on their income. It means based on their income alone a drinker can buy the quantity of drink, e.g. If his income is Rs.5000 he will get liquor worth Rs.50 per month and if he earns Rs.50,000 he will get liquor worth Rs.500 per month.
