Greetings!
You would be aware that All India Management Association (AIMA), a national apex body of the management profession in India has been making salutary contribution to management learning and practice by offering various services in the areas of testing, distance education, research, publications and management development programs.
In furtherance of these initiatives, AIMA is organizing a three day Management Development Program on “Strategic Management” at New Delhi from 20th to 22nd May 2013.
The MDP is designed to provide an insight, and understanding, and make the participants experience the relevant aspects of managing an organization.
The main objectives of the MDP are:
· To update the participants on the latest development in the field of Strategy
· To relate the strategic management with current business environment
· To develop the skills to crystallize strategic issues
· To enable the participant critical decision making process in the organization through case studies
The training methodology is intended to apprise, engage and inspire. It is based on the paradigm of Learning by Doing.
