Till date the response for the said FDP is overwhelming. In order to ensure balance between outstation and local delegates, we at VIM have reserved specific number of seats for the outstation male and female delegates.

To confirm your seat for the FDP and Accommodation at VIM hostel / Nearby Hostels, kindly email following documents to us latest by Tuesday, 7th April, 2015.
1.     Scanned copy of filled in Registration Form (attached herewith)
2.     Scanned copy of the Approval Letter / Deputation Letter by Director or Principal / Institute Identity Card
3.     Your Updated detail profile
We will confirm your registration and accommodation latest by 10th April, 2015. The registration and accommodation will be confirmed on first cum first serve basis. Accommodation will be available on sharing basis. The allotment of rooms will be also be done on first cum first serve basis

As an outstation delegate you are eligible to travel by train and can claim travelling expenses for Sleeper Class (To and Fro) irrespective of your pay scale and / or designation. Travel expenses will be paid on submission of original tickets / receipts to FDP Office. Additional travel expenses, if any, including tatkal charges, will not be reimbursed.

Kindly submit required documents at the earliest so that you will get more time to plan your travel.
