Hands-on Training session on MS Project® 20 - 21 April 2015: Jodhpur

MS Poject® is an excellent project management tool which is widely accepted all over world to provide excellent real time reports. It helps to provide a complete control over the various aspect of project and enable to manage the entire project effectively. Infact  it is designed to assist a project manager in developing a plan, assigning resources to tasks, tracking progress, managing the budget, and analysing workloads. Keeping this in view, TUV Rheinland Academy and Life Care is organizing a 2 days hands-on training on MS Project 2010 on 20-21 April 2015 at Jodhpur. At the end of the course, the participants will be able to manage a project by using MS Project® including the identification of the critical path of a project, Resource assignment, Resource leveling, Schedule optimization, Cost reports, Track Progress, Baseline schedule, CPM/PERT schedule, Schedule Risk analysis and Various MIS Reports. Participants will learn important tips and tricks for working with user-defined views, multi-project management techniques and group work.
