Eastern Guilds for Training and Study ( EGTS ) is the International Organization for Education & Career Opportunities 
and Cultural relations. The European Union covers over 4 million km² and has 495 million inhabitants, Currency -Euro

Europe Visit: Connecting Educator is a global education programme for Institutions, It offers professional development 
for educators and a chance for them to share best practice with international counterparts, pupils get a chance to tackle
challenging global themes, explore their rights and responsibilities and prepare to work in a global economy.   

SCHEDULE: 10 Days Visit will be held in the month of October 2015 to Visit in European University / Institution.                     
PARTICIPATION; If Director / Sr Teacher are interested then He / She have to submit there Resume before 20th March 2015,             
The selection will be done on the basis of Resume and Personnel Interaction.

Doctoral Study: Sponsorship Study is Provided from the Overseas Organisation and this will cover the University / College Fees, 
Hostel & Living Expense, To & Fro air Ticket from India to Foreign study country but the condition is that He / She have to execute 
a service bond with the sponsoring organization and its sister concern and salary during the bond period is 70,000 – 80,000 USD p.a
Eligibility: Minimum  Master ( Postgraduate ) Degree from the recognized University / Institution in the relevant Subject.                     
Selection Process: Through Written test & Interview and the eligible candidate shall apply through Prospectus & Application form.
                                                                  
Conditions of the Program:
1. Upon completion of studies at Concerned University / College, the Sponsored recipient is required to work at Sponsored 
Organization for 3 years with an appointment related to his or her major.
2. After 3 years of employment at Sponsored Organization, he or she may continue to work at Sponsored Organization 
or return to his or her home country or anywhere in the world to work for a local subsidiary of SEC, upon mutual agreement 
between him or her and Sponsored Organization.

Job Profile :
Assists top management in assigned activity. Works directly with the Management Department and directs the activities of specific Department resources as necessary to carry out the final design Provides feedback to Senior Management and other work as prescribed by Company.
