About VBR: Vishwakarma Business Review (VBR) is a Bi-annual, peer‑reviewed, interdisciplinary Research Journal of Vishwakarma Institute of Management.VBR focuses on integrating theory, research and practice in the area of management. It aspires to bring academicians and practitioners together.
Focus of VBR: Original contributions focused on contemporary issues in management and functional areas viz. Marketing, Finance, Human Resource, Production – Operations – Supply Chain, Technology, Corporate Strategy, International Business, Economics, Public Policy, Operations Research, Business Ethics & Corporate Governance and General Management are invited in the form of Conceptual Articles, Empirical Research Papers, Case Studies, Book Reviews, Synopses of PhD Thesis, and Selected Bibliographies. Contributions rooted in the Indian context and reflecting the oriental ethos of management are encouraged.
Submitted papers should not have been previously published nor be currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.
