CAREER GUIDANCE WORKSHOP

Project SampoornaDiksha was incepted in the year 2008 with a vision to teach and train the Indian youth. Since its inception, it is working for the betterment of student’s education across the country.www.sampoornadiksha.com is today one of the best online learning solution. At SampoornaDiksha, we have started a campaign to help students actualizing their dreams. We conducts workshop for career / financial and legal literacy and help students to get involved in CSR activities. A brief of the activities we are carrying has been given below.
CAREER SEMINAR: India being youngest country in the world has great opportunity to capitalize its young manpower. School education plays an important role in the shaping of students career. Students aspiring higher education come with a dream – everyone wants to secure a bright career and accordingly work hard to realize that dream. The purpose of the career seminar is to help students in taking the correct decision for their future career.
LEARNING AND RESEARCH CLUB (LARC): Skills education envisions imparting the procedural Knowledge and skills to the students that enable students to excel and emerge successful in real life situation. It is highly required to create Skilled Manpower for the industry right from the school level. SampoornaDiksha has planned to establish in partners schools “Learning and Research Club (LARC)”. Under LARC, students shall be trained in the different skills through any one or more of such skill based professional modules with the support of experts in respective domains. The team at SampoornaDiksha particularly takes care of following under LARC -
Financial Literacy - Our dynamic financial literacy curriculum for school students features engaging design, student-centered activities, research projects, discussion points, and tools and resources–all designed to engage students in learning the personal finance skills they need to succeed in life after schooling.
We teach critical thinking skills, rather than simply teaching money skills. For instance, teach students budgeting skills so that they know how to spend money wisely. Modules feature audio and video clips, and games apart from lectures. All material is geared toward the school student and, just as important, is delivered by experts.
Legal Literacy - Legal literacy is matter of great concern in today’s society. Legal awareness is the empowerment of individuals regarding issues involving the law. Legal awareness helps to promote consciousness of legal culture, participation in the formation of laws and the rule of law. To identify the level of legal literacy among the school students the team at SampoornaDiksha conduct sessions with students.
CSR Activities: Students need to know importance and values of precious resources and human values. SampoornaDiksha sensitize students towards social values through Lectures, Visual Presentations, Campaigning like Literacy drive / Blood Donation Camp.
