Antique Vases - in the Art ' Pate-Sur-Pate

Technology invented at the Sevres Porcelain Factory in France in 1849 - Artist ceramist Mark Louis Solon (1835 - 1914) used it to simulate antique cameos in China.

In 1870, Louis Solon introduced technique << Pate-sur-pate >> to Mintonfactory in Staffordshire, England.
