Day 1	Topics

1	Understanding Students (Psychology – Learning styles and preferences)
2	Preparation for Session Plan, Teaching Plan and Class Conduction
3	Caselets development and Classroom discussions
4	Teaching by case study method (Including Evaluation)
5	Using Library and web resources for application oriented teaching

Day 2	Topics
1	Conducting application oriented small group activities (Including Reflection & Evaluation)
2	Teacher as a Mentor & Coach
3	Performance evaluation – Counselling and/ techniques to nurture classroom participation
4	Teaching as a career and career options – (Emphasising cross functional teaching & Research)
5	Technology enabled / Technology Less Teaching (PPT – Presenter’s Mode, Using Auto Presenter to advantage / Technology less teaching / Outdoor teaching)
	Valedictory Session

 Eligibility: 0 to 3 years of Teaching Experience / Professionals from Industry
Registration: Rs. 300/- per participant (includes Study Material, Refreshment & Lunch)
Certificate: Participation Certificate after successful completion of the workshop
