Vels University, Pallavaram is conducting a two executive development progam on “After Sales Service” to be conducted on 20th and 21st Feb 2014 at Vels School of Management Studies.The fee for the program for both the days Rs.6000/- per participant .
The program deals with topics like logistics of spare parts, inventory of spare parts, warranty administration, simulation modeling of after sales service system, and case studies presentation by the executives from industries are all included in this 2 day workshop.
