   carry very low credit risk.

5.The NCDs offered have no call option, hence the interest rate offered on the NCDs is fixed and the NCD’s cannot be
    re maturely redeemed.

6. The NCDs will be listed on the NSE and the BSE to provide liquidity. Before maturity, investors
     have the option to sell the NCDs on the exchanges at prevailing market rate.
