IIMA is pleased to continue the tradition of offering its flagship executive programme, the 3-Tier Programme (3-TP), for the 52nd time. Operationally, 3-TP is a set of three executive programmes designed to meet the developmental needs of middle, senior, and top executives of medium and large organizations.
The Middle Management Programme (Tier I) is designed for executives between 28-40 years of age who hold positions of responsibility within functional departments of medium to large, public and private organizations and have a minimum of five years of experience. The programme has attracted around 10,110 executives from over 1,378 organizations to date. Participants find the learning experience in this programme as both rewarding and enriching.
The next offering of the Tier I programme is scheduled from June 24 to July 21, 2012. To bring diversity to the classroom, much needed to enrich our discussions, we encourage nominations from female and international participants.
